Giddy Up & Level Up Your Life

Driven by an unwavering passion for helping others raise their standards and pursue their dreams, I have turned my life story into a transformative message that empowers individuals and teams alike. Drawing from personal experiences of overcoming adversity to breaking a world record, I weave the power of resilience, goal-setting, and accountability into a keynote designed to ignite personal and professional growth.

For me, giddy up meant running around Australia in record time. For your team, it might mean achieving something they’ve been putting off like losing weight for better mental health and physical vitality, upskilling for a job promotion, or transforming their mindset through personal development. Whatever they’ve been putting off and wherever they’re at on their journey, I’m here to help your team set powerful goals, own their growth, build resilience, harness teamwork, cultivate a high-performance mindset, and ultimately live a purposeful life they are proud of.

Topics

  1. Goal Setting and Strategic Execution
Corporate and sporting teams require clear goals and strategy to achieve success. I discuss how I reverse-engineered my world record by developing a six-year roadmap, emphasising the critical importance of aligning goals to ensure effective execution.

  2. Resilience and Grit
Corporate and Sporting teams face constant pressure—tight deadlines, high expectations, and the need to deliver results under stress. I share how I stayed mentally and physically strong running around Australia, offering practical tools to help teams navigate stress, adapt to change, and achieve peak performance..

  3. Extreme Ownership and Accountability
Corporate and Sporting teams thrive when accountability and ownership are at the core. I achieved what many called ‘impossible’ by taking full responsibility for my preparation and execution. I challenge teams to eliminate blame-shifting, embrace personal responsibility, and drive results.

  4. Teamwork and Leadership
Corporate and Sporting teams rely on trust, communication, and leadership to achieve exceptional results. My leadership approach emphasises careful planning, managing workloads, and supporting team members’ well-being. By fostering a culture of collaboration and encouraging leadership at all levels, teams can reach their full potential. Through my own experience, I show how balancing responsibility, recovery, and mutual support enabled me to run around Australia, enjoy the journey with my team, and achieve collective success.

  5. High-Performance Mindset and Purposeful Living
I empower teams to commit to being outstanding by aligning personal values with daily tasks and connecting them to larger goals. I emphasise that high performance is built on shared purpose, teamwork, and consistency rather than short bursts of intensity. Drawing from my run around Australia, where a shared sense of purpose made the journey both enjoyable and productive, I illustrate how teams that reconnect with their "why" can exceed expectations and find deeper fulfilment in their roles. I challeng individuals to shift their mindset from “I can’t” to “What if I can?” and introduce the concept of "WHY stacking"- building motivation and resilience by continuously connecting actions to a meaningful purpose.

Corporate Giddy Up
Goal-Setting Workshop

My Goal Setting Workshop is a dynamic 2-hour session, divided into two 55-minute segments with a 10-minute break. Building on my keynote, this workshop empowers delegates to clarify personal values, set meaningful personal goals, and connect their deeper purpose to professional objectives. While the core focus is Goal Setting, the workshop also explores and applies actionable strategies around the other key themes from my keynote: Resilience, Extreme Ownership and Accountability, Leadership and Teamwork, and High-Performance Mindset. For example, under Resilience, participants identify potential obstacles they might face while pursuing their goals and brainstorm practical, adaptable solutions to overcome them. Under Extreme Ownership and Accountability, participants explore the importance of taking ownership by reflecting on a time they shifted blame onto someone else. The workshop then revisits their personal goals, introducing Psychology Professor Dr. Gail Matthews’ research, which shows that writing goals down makes individuals 42% more likely to achieve them, and sharing those goals with just one person increases the likelihood to 78%. This practical and inspiring workshop is designed to create lasting, measurable results.

Duration: 2 Hours following 1 Hour Keynote (The entire session is 3 hours total)

My workshops are tailored to meet the unique objectives of your organisation and the outcomes you aim to achieve for your team. A detailed PDF outlining my workshop structure and key takeaways is available upon request.
